Design of temporary works to the façade and for a 2 tonne feature stone.

 

For the elevation, we detailed a 'letterbox' steel frame to allow for installation of a new stone balcony slab, new lintels and restoration works whilst maintaining support to the masonry and floors above.

As for the feature stone, we designed a temporary scaffold structure with chain block hoists and access platforms to facilitate its vertical and horizontal transportation from the ground floor to the basement.
